CFO

We are seeking an experienced CFO on behalf of our client, a cutting-edge technology firm that recycles plastics. Our client is a young and dynamic company poised for international success, looking for a CFO to steer them towards that goal. The company has the backing of strong investors. The management team has a mix of technology and business backgrounds and a strong sustainability agenda besides their ambitious business goals.

About you:

• You are an experienced CFO or VP of Finance with a proven track record of driving financial success and growth for fast-growing Polish companies on an international scale
• You possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and are able to guide the management team towards achieving financial prosperity and best-in-class governance
• You have experience in the plastics, natural resources or energy industries and are excited to be part of a game-changing company that is leading the way in sustainability and innovation

What will you be doing:

• You will be the key financial strategist, working closely with the board and investors to guide the company's strategy and direction
• Setting up and overseeing the controlling department, ensuring the flow of accurate and timely financial information throughout the company
• Working with banks and investors to secure the financial resources necessary for international growth
• Ensuring proper governance and risk management as the company scales up and expands
• Identifying opportunities for growth and continuously improving processes, helping to drive the company's success in the global market
