We're searching for a Head of Demand Generation to join an innovative AI SaaS firm specializing in demand forecasting and supply chain optimization. With a successful track record and solid investor backing, they're ready for global expansion.

👉 About You:

  • You're a seasoned B2B marketing pro with experience in startups, ideally within the SaaS sector.
  • Your communication and leadership skills are top-notch, and you thrive working closely with executive leadership to drive commercial success. Your goal is to become a Marketing Director
  • You are tech-savvy and excited about implementing automation in the marketing function
  • You have a track record of success in CRM systems, particularly Pipedrive, in startup environments.
  • You’ve demonstrated the ability to lead and manage marketing teams, covering inbound, outbound, analytics, branding, campaigns, and content.
  • Your expertise includes lead generation, social-selling campaigns, performance and content marketing in the B2B industry.
  • You are well-versed in outreach strategies like social media marketing/sales, SEO, PPC, and understand the value of PR and awards for brand exposure.
  • You're experienced in using marketing automation tools, establishing workflows, and analyzing data to drive marketing performance.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior management and executives, you excel in presentations, management, coaching, and establishing efficient marketing processes.

Strategy:

  • You'll implement a data-driven marketing strategy to attract, engage, and convert customers.
  • Close alignment with marketing, sales, business consulting, and customer success teams.
  • Leveraging digital channels to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Crafting compelling content to establish Occubee as a thought leader in supply chain optimization.
  • Strengthening brand positioning through consistent messaging, visual identity, and storytelling.
  • Building strategic partnerships to expand brand exposure and access new markets.
  • Streamlining lead nurturing and conversion processes with automation tools and workflows.

Execution:

  • Targeting and Segmentation:
    • You'll develop and execute savvy targeting strategies for both inbound and outbound marketing.
    • Leveraging social media marketing, SEO, PPC, and other relevant channels for precision targeting.
    • Identifying and engaging key decision-makers in the B2B space, including C-suite executives.
    • Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing efforts with target audience needs.
  • Measurement and Reporting:
    • Defining KPIs and establishing measurement frameworks to track campaign performance.
    • Analyzing data and generating insightful reports on marketing activities and campaign stages.
    • Regularly communicating results and recommendations to the executive leadership team.
    • Maintaining a blended cost-per-lead engagement, aligning marketing efforts with financial metrics.
  • Branding:
    • You'll define and enhance brand’s promise and unique value proposition (UVP).
    • Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
    • Implementing branding strategies to strengthen market position.
    • Managing PR activities and exploring opportunities for awards and certifications.
  • Content:
    • You'll drive content marketing initiatives, including website content, blogs, newsletters, and videos.
    • Crafting compelling white papers, case studies, and eBooks to generate interest and engagement.
    • Ensuring content aligns with messaging and resonates with the target audience.
    • Leveraging marketing automation tools to optimize content distribution and lead nurturing.
