Head of Finance

We are looking for a Head of Finance to join the team of an innovative AI SaaS product firm. The product forecasts demand and helps retail companies manage their supply chain more efficiently. They have already achieved significant traction with large retail chains and are now poised for global expansion. The team have strong IT backgrounds and are enthusiastic about AI and automation. Backed by strong investors, the company expects significant scaling up, including growth to a couple of hundred FTEs.

About you:

• You are an experienced Finance Manager, Head of Controlling or Head of Finance with experience in scaling companies, ideally in the SaaS industry
• You possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work independently, close to the executive leadership, driving commercial success
• You have experience in SaaS products and/or the mass retail market, ideally in the international arena
• You are very tech-savvy, able to implement automation across the Finance function and excited to be part of an AI solution revolutionizing the retail industry

What will you be doing:

• You will be the key financial strategist, working closely with the board and with investors, helping to guide the company's decision-making with powerful information and analysis
• Implementing financial best practices, including analysis, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Ensuring the flow of accurate and timely financial information throughout the company, aided by automated and advanced tech
• Identifying opportunities for growth and continuously improving processes, helping to drive the company's success in the global market
