Endego is poised for dynamic growth and innovation. It is seeking a Head of Sales to boost revenue, improve existing processes, transform the team and improve the business strategy.  

Location:  Remote / Hybrid  

About you:  

  • Managed Sales and Business Development in an automotive ESP  

  • Know the industry’s ecosystem. You’re familiar with OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2 

  • Dealt with the DACH automotive universe  

  • Professional negotiator, an entrepreneur with excellent communication 

  • Fluent in English, German is a big plus  

Your deliverables:  

  • Boost revenue and profitability 

  • Manage new business, push up- and cross-selling across existing clients 

  • Restructure the team and improve collaboration between departments to drive sales performance 

  • Collaborate with the Engineering and Marketing Department to develop a comprehensive sales strategy to boost the company’s growth 

  • Tailor the existing sales processes for better efficiency and effectiveness  

  • Constantly analyse the market and follow its trends, identify new sales opportunities based on market and competitor insights  

  • Oversee the company’s P&L
