About you:

Managed Sales and Business Development in an automotive ESP

Know the industry’s ecosystem. You’re familiar with OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2

Dealt with the DACH automotive universe

Professional negotiator, an entrepreneur with excellent communication

Fluent in English, German is a big plus
Your deliverables:

Boost revenue and profitability

Manage new business, push up- and cross-selling across existing clients

Restructure the team and improve collaboration between departments to drive sales performance

Collaborate with the Engineering and Marketing Department to develop a comprehensive sales strategy to boost the company’s growth

Tailor the existing sales processes for better efficiency and effectiveness

Constantly analyse the market and follow its trends, identify new sales opportunities based on market and competitor insights

Oversee the company’s P&L
