Your task: 

• Support in the development and implementation of Revenue and Margin Growth Management for a consumer goods company
• Assessment of growth levers
• Guiding analyses to identify concrete growth opportunities in the pilot market and building an implementation roadmap
• Actively participating as a subject matter expert in client workshops, offering relevant inputs, and sharing valuable experiences and insights gained from other projects.

Duration: 14 weeks, start next week, on average 1-2 hours of engagement per week required
