Agriculture & Sustainability Consultants

​​​​We are looking to hire consultants with a focus on agriculture, agritech, food security and sustainability projects in the MENA region. Our Client is a major consulting firm in the region working closely with government institutions, investment funds and corporates.

You will be working in the environment where:

• You learn every day and have room to specialize in Sustainability, Agriculture and AgriTech
• You work in a closely knit team, in a friendly and open atmosphere, where decisions are transparent and you personally know all the practice leaders and your co-workers
• As a Consultant, you lead parts of the projects with significant independence, yet rely on Managers and Partners for advice
• All your decisions make a difference – on your client, on the process, and on the efficiency of your team’s work. You have a huge open field in which you can make a difference

The key service lines are:

• Devising strategies for growth, through building platforms, national and international expansion, extending value chains, expanding product and service offerings, innovation, and others
• Helping to implement recommended strategies, transformation and change programs

Ideal candidate:

• You understand some of the preferred sectors under sustainability, agriculture, industrials or retail/consumer, ideally in MENA
• You have worked in strategy consulting, where you achieved success
• You participated in strategy projects, from the perspective of a consulting firm
• You have a track record of successfully leading a team to deliver top results for clients
• You have a very strong command of spoken and written English. Fluency in Arabic is an advantage
• You are open to travel within the GCC region
