• Conduct a comprehensive market analysis to assess the viability and potential of the chosen focus area within the GCC region
• Engage with key stakeholders, including government entities, industry associations, potential investors, and local communities
• Define the business model for the special economic zone, outlining its value proposition, target audience, revenue streams, and cost structure. Develop strategies for attracting businesses, entrepreneurs, and investors
• Assess the infrastructure requirements necessary for the successful operation of the special economic zone
• Develop a robust regulatory and legal framework specific to the special economic zone
