About you:

  • You're a seasoned sales leader, ideally in the SaaS industry within eCommerce, with a track record of driving revenue growth and consistently surpassing sales targets.
  • You have a strong understanding of the German market, customer dynamics, and industry trends in the eCommerce space, including in-depth knowledge of eCommerce service providers and integrators    
  • Your expertise lies in managing sales cycles across small, medium, and enterprise-level clients. This includes adept negotiation skills and a knack for closing complex deals.
  • Your background showcases a solid history of achieving ambitious sales goals in a high-growth B2B SaaS Sales environment.
  • With a strong functional proficiency in sales and sales management, you've successfully built and led high-performing software sales teams that consistently exceed targets.
  • You're an outbound expert, possessing a deep knowledge of SaaS toolstack and lead sources (Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesloft, Lusha, or similar platforms).
  • You enjoy the entrepreneurial vibe and excel in scale-up environments. You're adept at creating processes as needed.
  • Your strengths lie in execution, blending strategy and operations seamlessly in this multifaceted role.

What are your deliverables?

  • Set and execute the strategy to achieve our commercial goals. The key objective is to grow the client base from hundreds to thousands of users within a year.
  • Establish and lead a high-performing local team encompassing sales optionally support and tech.
  • Partner cross-functionally (and cross-country) with leaders across Sales, Tech, Business Development, Customer Success and Marketing to drive alignment on BaseLinker’s go-to-market strategy and total customer experience
  • Establish strong awareness of BaseLinker in German eCommerce ecosystem
