About Switch Foods
Switch Foods provides locally sourced, incredibly nutritious plant-based meat alternatives. These products are vegan, halal, kosher, non-GMO, allergen-free, and free from hormones. Made regionally for the region. Launched in June, Switch Foods is already available at renowned retailers such as Carrefour, Geant, Lulu, and the e-commerce platform Careem.

About you:

  • You have a proven track record of successfully driving brand activation and driving sales growth within the FMCG industry in the GCC region.
  • You worked closely with distributors, retailers, and food services, establishing strong relationships to maximize sales opportunities. You know how to drive growth by motivating distributors and leveraging your network.
  • You are diligent and take ownership for your projects. You are self-driven. The start-up environment with a flat structure suit you well. You feel confident working on your own and defining your scope of responsibilities.
  • You have a demonstrated ability to structure sales processes effectively, having previously implemented successful strategies.
  • You are entrepreneurial. You deliver exceptional results independently, consistently exceeding targets.
  • You are data driven. You analyze data and leverage data in building company sales strategies.
  • You have the drive to build and nurture something from its early stages, and thrive alongside its growth.

What are your deliverables?

  • Drive revenue growth across retailers, e-commerce platforms, and food services by effectively managing the FMCG distributor who is also an investor in the company.
  • Develop and implement a structured sales process to optimize distributor management and performance.
  • Establish a data-driven approach to sales operations, closely monitoring distributor KPIs, ensuring accountability for revenue generation and numeric distribution of Switch Foods products. Stay informed about the product's presence in stores, both in terms of weighted and numeric distribution, and track its reach in various stores and food services.
