Operational Excellence Consultant

We are looking for two consultants to join a European-wide strategy consulting project to improve the operational excellence of the Client site in Germany and in France.

🔍 Requirements:

• Experience managing workstreams in operations / organizational design projects in industrials
• Fluent in French or in German

🚀 Responsibilities:

• Lead one/two of the following workstreams: Manufacturing, Injection Moulding, Extrusion, Maintenance, Material Flows, Planning and Scheduling, Quality, Sustainability
• Conduct independent research to define a site improvement plan and related savings
• Facilitate client team sessions and hands-on analysis

📅 Project:

• Starts April 2nd
• 6-7 weeks duration
• On-site presence required at the beginning of the project (Cholet, FR / Manheim, DE)
