Slay Pay pioneers a marketing-fintech product tailored for microinfluencers. It's a fresh initiative and untouched ground. The founders bring executive experience from unicorn companies.

About you:

• Skilled in Product Management, with minimum 5-7 years of experience.
• Already developed a scalable fintech or ecommerce product, preferably API-based.
• Deep understanding of mobile app development and the mobile app industry.
• Eager for challenge and quick growth. You want to build a new unicorn.
• Ability to ship and learn quickly to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints.
• Thrives in a start-up setting, self-driven and responsible. Comfortable with ambiguity, making decisions under pressure and have a track record of taking ownership while delivering results.
• Passionate about building greenfield solutions. Active in social media.

What are your deliverables?

• Drive platform development for brand-microinfluencer collaboration.
• Establish a clear understanding of the problem's factors and highlight the reasons for the resolution's importance.
• Design creative solutions addressing the problem and construct systematic experiments to validate solutions, with defined metrics.
• Design a detailed timeline outlining the steps, milestones, and duration for executing the experiments, fostering a systematic learning process towards resolving the problem.
• Business Objective: Launch a market-ready product attracting 10k B2C clients by year-end, with a vision to build a unicorn within 2 years.

• You will be one the first employees on board. At this stage, everyone is self-reliant, but we work closely together. Initially you will collaborate directly with CTO and Lead Engineers. As the product grows, the position of Head of Product will open.
