About you:

• 2+ years leading quality efforts for high-traffic applications.
• Proficient in automation coding and scripting, dedicated to optimizing testing processes without reliance on manual methods. 
• Hands-on experience in devising comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases. 
• Extensive experience testing across the full-stack, including backend APIs and databases. 
• Already succeeded in scalable fintech or ecommerce company.  
• Eager for challenge and quick growth. You want to build a new unicorn. 
• Thrives in a start-up setting, self-driven, and responsible. 
• Passionate about building greenfield solutions. 

Nice to have:

• Background in fintech software and mobile applications.
• In-depth comprehension of mobile app development and the mobile app industry is highly valued. 
• Familiarity with tech stacks like JS/TS React, React Native, Golang, PostgreSQL, GCP infrastructure, Docker, and Terraform is advantageous, but your attitude is paramount. You can learn as you go. 
• Proven expertise in software quality assurance, especially in leadership roles. 
• Proficiency in Typescript with practical experience in BDD/TDD.
