UI/UX Team Lead

Papaya, a rapidly growing mobile game company, brings joy to millions of users through various apps. Based in Tel Aviv and expanding to Warsaw, Papaya is in search of a skilled UI/UX Designer to lead the product designer team.
 

Role Overview: We are in search of a talented UI/UX Team Lead enthusiastic about the gaming industry. If you have proven experience in UI/UX and a passion for games, you're the perfect fit for us! Joining our Art department, you'll closely collaborate with an Art Director to research, conceptualize, and create UI designs for our web products and mobile games.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct the full design cycle, from collecting inspiration to delivering pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios to the development team.
• Generate high-quality functional user flows, wireframes, and mockups for our games.
• Collaborate daily with Product Managers, software developers, and Art team members to define, design, and deliver exceptional products.
• Create engaging, playful, intuitive, and cohesive look & feel designs for new features.
• Brainstorm with the Art team to develop innovative UI ideas.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX and interactive design, preferably in product teams or gaming.
• At least 2 years of experience as a team leader.
• Excellent proficiency in Photoshop.
• Strong artistic skills, showcasing creativity, design, illustration, color, composition, and conceptual ideation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, making quick decisions within tight schedules without compromising quality.
• Eagerness to learn and a focus on solving complex product problems.
• Pixel-perfect attention to the smallest details.
• A creative team player with effective communication skills.
• Experience working in the gaming industry is a significant advantage.
